Caleta de Fuste - Holiday VillaDeposit On booking the villa we require a 20% deposit paid into our bank. We will provisionally book the villa for you for 5 days until the money reaches our bank account. 8 weeks before your holiday we will require the balance to be paid into our bank account. If when booking the villa your holiday dates are less than 8 weeks away, then would require all the money to be paid at the time of booking. We also require a security deposit of 100¬ to be paid in cash when arriving, the deposit is for any damages / breakages. This will be returned to you in full and in cash on check-out (less cost of any breakages / damage). Cancellation Amounts forfeited on cancellations will be as follows: Cancellation within 2 weeks of departure 100% (ie no refund). Cancellation 2 to 4 weeks of departure 75% (ie 25% refund). Cancellation 4 to 6 weeks 50%. (ie 50% refund) More than 8 weeks before departure Deposit lost Arrival On arrival you will find a welcome pack that will contain enough goodies to keep you going. There is a supermarket nearby which is open seven days a week it sells everything you could need for your stay including sun cream and things for babies i.e nappies food milk etc. If you have any special requirement such as baby food etc then please do let us know at the time of booking.
